What is Bima Sakhi Yojana?
To announce the commencement of the Bima Sakhi Yojana, Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi will travel to Haryana Panipat. To support and enable them to become financially independent throughout their training, the government will also provide a stipend to all female citizens undertaking the LIC agent program. Stipends for recipients will be rupees 7000 in the first year, 6000 in the second, and 5000 in the third. All Indian women between the ages of 18 and 70 and who have passed the 10th-grade exam are eligible to receive the program’s aid.

- LIC’s Bima Sakhi (MCA Scheme) is a Stipendiary Scheme, exclusively for Women , with a stipendiary period of 3 years. The appointment of a person under the MCA scheme will not be treated as a salaried appointment as an employee of the Corporation. Minimum completed age should be 18 years as on date of application. Maximum age at entry will be 70 years ( last birthday)Minimum qualification – pass in 10th standard. Performance Norms to be fulfilled during each Stipendiary Year by MCA :
